Hence, this application is required to be allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe result, the application is allowed.  Delay of 214 days caused in<br \/>\nfiling Civil Revision Application (Stamp) No.97 of 2010, is hereby<br \/>\ncondoned.
