Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :05\/02\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                               R.BASANT, J.\n\n                            ----------------------\n\n                          W.P.C.No.9249 of 2006\n\n                        ----------------------------------------\n\n                Dated this the 5th day of February 2008\n\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The   grievance   of   the   petitioner   is   that   no   proper   and<\/p>\n<p>effective investigation has been conducted into crime No.105\/04<\/p>\n<p>of Kozhikode Town police station.  The investigating officer  was<\/p>\n<p>directed   to   file   a   statement.     Statement   has   been   filed   by   the<\/p>\n<p>investigating   officer.     The   statement   reveals   the   steps   taken   in<\/p>\n<p>the   investigation   of   the   crime   so   far.     The   accused   has   been<\/p>\n<p>identified.   His culpable involvement has been ascertained.   The<\/p>\n<p>investigating officer    submits that the final report shall  be filed<\/p>\n<p>as soon as report of chemical analysis is received.<\/p>\n<p>       2.    Having   considered   all   the   relevant   inputs,   I   am<\/p>\n<p>satisfied   that   no   further   or   specific   directions   need   be   issued.<\/p>\n<p>The investigating officer  must take all necessary steps to get the<\/p>\n<p>chemical analysis report and ensure that the final report is filed<\/p>\n<p>as expeditiously as possible at any rate within a period of three<\/p>\n<p>months   from   this   date.     If   the   final   report   is   not   filed,   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner shall be at liberty to approach this court again.<\/p>\n<p>       3.
