Mr.Joshi, has produced on record<br \/>\n\tletter dated 10th March 2009 along with Death Certificate<br \/>\n\tof the appellant and has submitted that the appellant is expired and<br \/>\n\tthe heirs of the appellant are not interested in prosecuting further<br \/>\n\twith the matter. Therefore, he does not want to press the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tletter dated 10th March 2009 along with Death Certificate<br \/>\n\tof the appellant produced by Mr.Joshi is taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of aforesaid, present appeal stands disposed of as not pressed.<br \/>\n\tBail bond, if any, shall stands discharged.
