Interlocutory Application No. 490 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                                 This application under Section 5 of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Limitation Act has been filed by the appellant for<\/p>\n<p>                     condonation of delay of 12 days occurred in filing the<\/p>\n<p>                     aforesaid Letters Patent Appeal.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned Advocate Mr. Ritesh Kumar appears<\/p>\n<p>                     for the respondent authorities. He has no objection if the<\/p>\n<p>                     delay is condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The respondent nos. 5 to 9 though served have<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          not entered appearance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      On the facts and in the circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>          case, the delay in filing the Letters Patent Appeal is<\/p>\n<p>          condoned.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      The Interlocutory Application stands disposed<\/p>\n<p>          of.\n<\/p>\n<p>          Re. Letters Patent Appeal No. 109 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                       Learned Advocate Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh<\/p>\n<p>          appears for the appellant.
