Bhaya for the<br \/>\npetitioner &#8211; Deputy Engineer, (O &amp; M), Dakshin Gujarat Vij<br \/>\nCo. Ltd.  The petitioner is before this Court being aggrieved by<br \/>\njudgment and order passed by the Electrical Inspector and Appellate<br \/>\nAuthority, Surat, whereby, the Electrical Inspector has quashed the<br \/>\nsupplementary bill of Rs.3,43,132\/95Ps. and has ordered that amended<br \/>\nsupplementary bill of Rs.63,090\/25ps. be issued.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tThe<br \/>\ncase of the petitioner &#8211; Company is that the respondent<br \/>\nno.\n<\/p>\n<p>1 was found diverting the industrial power for commercial use.  On<br \/>\nthe basis of that, a supplementary bill was issued for a sum of<br \/>\nRs.3,43,132\/95ps.  The learned advocate for the petitioner submitted<br \/>\nthat the Electrical Inspector ought to have taken into consideration<br \/>\nthe fact that the said diversion of electric power to commercial use<br \/>\nwas unauthorized one and therefore, the petitioner &#8211; Company<br \/>\nwas within its right to issue the supplementary bill.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tThe<br \/>\nmatter requires consideration.  Rule returnable on<br \/>\n22nd<br \/>\nFebruary 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.1\tNotice<br \/>\nas to interim relief returnable on the same day.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.2\tAd-interim<br \/>\nrelief in terms of Para 9(C).\n<\/p>\n<p>3.3\tDirect<br \/>\nservice is permitted today.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
