Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner is in jail custody since 1.8.2002 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                    registered under section 302 and other minor sections of the IPC<\/p>\n<p>                    and 27 of the Arms Act on the charges that he shot fire at the<\/p>\n<p>                    deceased.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                It would appear from the impugned order as well as<\/p>\n<p>                    report of the Addl. Sessions Judge FTC No. III, Gaya that trial of<\/p>\n<p>                    the petitioner was not concluded till 30.5.2011 and the learned trial<\/p>\n<p>                    court sought three months&#8217; time to conclude the trial of the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner but as per submission of learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner, trial of the petitioner has not been concluded as yet.<\/p>\n<p>                                Although, the petitioner is the main assailant and his<\/p>\n<p>                    prayer for bail has already been twice rejected by this court but<\/p>\n<p>                    taking into consideration the above stated submissions as well as<\/p>\n<p>                    period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner, Deo Nandan Nonia, be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                    bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>                    to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge FTC No. III, Gaya<\/p>\n<p>                    in Sessions Trial no. 522\/2009 arising out of Mufassil P.S.
