SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                 ------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C)No.28141 OF 2007\n               ----------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 20th day of August, 2008\n\n\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner applied for a plot under the Gandhi Nagar<\/p>\n<p>Housing Accommodation Scheme (Kottayam) of the Kerala State<\/p>\n<p>Housing Board. The plot was allotted to him in the Athirampuzha<\/p>\n<p>Village.   The petitioner has been given possession and the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is also stated to have paid the entire purchase price.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner&#8217;s grievance in this writ petition is that despite the<\/p>\n<p>same, the sale deed has not been executed by the 1st respondent.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner has filed Ext.P4 representation in this regard. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner now seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider<\/p>\n<p>and pass orders on Ext.P4 expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned Standing Counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>for the Kerala State Housing Board also.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass appropriate orders on Ext.P4, as expeditiously as possible,<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c)No.28141\/08                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioner shall forward<\/p>\n<p>a certified copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition to the 1st respondent for compliance.<\/p>\n<p>                                        S.
