Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :28\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                   ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                  --------------------------\n             W.P.(C) No.35190 OF 2008 (L)\n             -------------------------------------\n\n\n       Dated this the 28th day of November 2008\n\n\n                      J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner submits that she was appointed as<\/p>\n<p>UPSA against an anticipated vacancy with effect from<\/p>\n<p>07\/07\/2006. However, due to the ban imposed, post was<\/p>\n<p>not sanctioned. Consequently approval was also rejected.<\/p>\n<p>Appeal filed also met with rejection by the order of the<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Director.    Thereupon, the petitioner filed Ext.P6<\/p>\n<p>revision before the 1st respondent and in this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>what is sought for is an order for the expeditious disposal of<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.   If as stated by the petitioner, Ext.P6 revision filed<\/p>\n<p>under Rule 92 of Chapter XIV-A, K.E.R. has been received<\/p>\n<p>by the 1st respondent, necessarily it should be disposed of<\/p>\n<p>with notice to all concerned.     Now, that the petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>complaint is that there is delay in the disposal of Ext.P6, I<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No.35190\/2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>direct the 1st respondent to dispose of Ext.P6 with notice to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner and the 5th respondent, as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible, at any rate, within three months of production of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment.
