The petitioner preferred an<br \/>\n\tapplication seeking appointment on compassionate ground on<br \/>\n\t27.3.2001. The said application came to be rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.2<br \/>\n\tThe petitioner therefore preferred a Special Civil Application<br \/>\n\tbearing no. 874 of 2007, wherein this Court has directed vide its<br \/>\n\torder dated 11.1.2007 to decide the representation of the petitioner<br \/>\n\twithin stipulated period. Thereafter , the application of the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner, came to be rejected by the respondent vide order dated<br \/>\n\t6.3.2007.  Hence this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tHeard the learned advocates<br \/>\n\tfor the respective parties and perused the documents on record.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tFrom the record it revealed<br \/>\n\tthat  the petitioner s mother is working in Government sector and<br \/>\n\tshe is also able to get pension, gratuity.etc. The petitioner vide<br \/>\n\tits application dated 23.3.2001, himself disclosed that he was<br \/>\n\tresiding separately from his father. The son who is not living with<br \/>\n\this father, cannot be treated as Dependant on his father. In that<br \/>\n\tview of the matter,  there are no merits in the petition. The same<br \/>\n\tis therefore dismissed.
