JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN\n\n                 ORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>                 (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE)<\/p>\n<p>4   21-06-2011                   This application for review of our judgment and<br \/>\n                  order dated 23rd February 2011 passed in L.P.A. No. 44 of 2011<br \/>\n                  has been taken out by the appellant-writ petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned Advocate Mr. Ashok Kumar has appeared<br \/>\n                  for the applicant. He has submitted that by the judgment under<br \/>\n                  review this Court has set aside the selection process for<br \/>\n                  appointment of Shiksha Mitra under the Gram Panchayat Raj<br \/>\n                  Mirjumla, Anchal &#8211; Bhagwanpur Hat, District &#8211; Siwan<br \/>\n                  commenced in the year 2005. As a necessary consequence any<br \/>\n                  appointment made pursuant to the said 2005 selection process<br \/>\n                  should be held to be bad and illegal. Though the claim made by<br \/>\n                  the applicant for appointment pursuant to the said 2005<br \/>\n                  selection has been rejected, this Court has not considered<br \/>\n                  setting aside the other appointments made pursuant to the said<br \/>\n                  2005 selection. The respondent no. 12 Nand Lal Prasad is the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> Patna High Court C. REV. No.124 of 2011 (4) dt.21-06-2011<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              one person, who has been appointed as Shiksha Mitra pursuant<br \/>\n              to the said 2005 selection. This Court ought to have set aside<br \/>\n              the said appointment also.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Issue notice to the respondent no. 12 for hearing of<br \/>\n              limitation petition and for hearing and final disposal of the<br \/>\n              review application to be made returnable on 2nd August 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Notice will be served through Court process.<br \/>\n              Requisites will be filed within one week from today.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                  ( R.M.
