Apparently, the petitioner has a remedy of filing an appeal<\/p>\n<p>against the said order before the higher authority.<\/p>\n<p>        In the circumstances, the petition filed by the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the higher<\/p>\n<p>authority by filing an appeal against the impugned action taken<\/p>\n<p>against him by the respondent, in accordance with law.<\/p>\n<p>        With the aforesaid liberty, the petition stands disposed of.<\/p>\n<p>        C.C as per rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                   ( R.
