Sikta, District West Champaran.\n                                                                             -------Petitioners\n                                                   Versus\n                The State Of Bihar\n                                                                        -----Opposite Party\n                                              -------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   21.09.2011                    Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned<\/p>\n<p>                      counsel for the informant and learned Additional Public<\/p>\n<p>                      Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                      the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     All the six petitioners apprehend their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                      Sections 341, 323, 307, 379\/34 of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                      Section 27 of the Arms Act, are named accused in this case of<\/p>\n<p>                      simple assault and taking away motorcycle.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Submission is that petitioners carry general and<\/p>\n<p>                      omnibus allegation and the specific allegation is attributed against<\/p>\n<p>                      non-petitioners, Jahangir and Sunad. Moreover, the motorcycle<\/p>\n<p>                      said to have been taken has been recovered during<\/p>\n<p>                      investigation from the house of informant himself and none of<\/p>\n<p>                      the petitioners carry any criminal antecedents.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                      the event of the above two submissions regarding recovery of<br \/>\n             motorcycle and criminal antecedents found true, in the event of<\/p>\n<p>            their arrest\/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let<\/p>\n<p>            the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-<\/p>\n<p>            bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>            the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>            Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Balthar<\/p>\n<p>            P.S.
