The learned counsel for the appellants <\/p>\n
sum of Rs.19,592\/– is deposited before the Clairrisr’I’ri-biunial <\/p>\n
10\/07\/2008 in Execution Petition Ng;i>s,r2oo’f7. ‘4the1’e:fore;,A V<\/p>\n
submits that the requirement of  diep_’osi,t <\/p>\n
dispensed with.\n<\/p>\n

\nfor the appellants on 18\/ <\/p>\n

deposit rnade.pbefore\ufb01the”*E’lxecuti’rigV–Court, office objections is
\nover–ruled_. As thei’n\ufb01atterVi’liles”in a short compass, the case is<\/p>\n
taken for adrnission.’ . ‘<\/p>\n
 The grievance of the appellants–Corporation is<\/p>\n
agaiiist’  of compensation awarded by the Claims<\/p>\n
  Tribunal for personal injuries suffered by the claimant\u00bb<\/p>\n
 re,spondent”herein. The claimant was travelling in the KSRTC<\/p>\n
   i'”Fl’1e bus turtled resulting in injuries to left hand and<\/p>\n
 ._i”fraci:ure in the 431 and 5″? \ufb01nger of the left hand. Considering<\/p>\n
MFA 2693.08<\/p>\n
the evidence on record, the Tribunal after holding that the<\/p>\n
actionable negligence on the part of the driver of <\/p>\n
bus was proved, has awarded compensation inf””a–\u00ab <\/p>\n
Rs.31,600\/- along with 6% interest. The  W <\/p>\n
that the injured was working as a rriesse-ngeriiin ithe’- <\/p>\n
drawing salary of Rs.4,lO-4\/~\u00ab .  <\/p>\n
5. Having due regard to”*thie.eividencei on record, the

7. I have carefully considered_the  ”<\/p>\n
with reference to the reasons assigi<1ed;"an*d th_e"~eViden"ce<\/p>\n
record.\n<\/p>\n
8. I do not find any  the  urged
\nby the learned counsel  jhe claimant has
\nproduced dischargecard and EXs.P–3 and 4.
\nHe has  He was an
\ninpatien1’_il”ronr\/2004 in KIMS hospital.
\nKeeping riinipnd  of treatment taken and the<\/p>\n
fractur;al–vinjuriessuffered, though, the claimant has not chosen<\/p>\n
 to exarnine’  find that the materials on record fully<\/p>\n
ijtistifyu compensation in a sum of Rs.31,600\/3\u00bb in<\/p>\n
all)li3y44__the.–Trih.unal. It cannot be said that the compensation<\/p>\n
