D\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Cr1.R.P. NO.92-412006\n<\/p>\n<p>-2- 4\n<\/p>\n<p>2. The facts relevant for the purpose of this  _<br \/>\nunder:   L. K T b<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner herein ; (&#8216;PW}_1}..: &#8220;avast \u00abV<\/p>\n<p>complainant before the Trial  and   fathef.   s<\/p>\n<p>(991.2). 11; is alleged that on 27.ie.\u00a7eo4, .\u00e91&#8217;t~.Vatt)o;\u00a7;1t;{.t,&#8217;Vst\u00a7 p.1}1.,<br \/>\nAshritha (PW.2) met with an ae\u00a2me.\ufb01te%emggmud dfosdddsear Bolur<br \/>\nVillage and it is alleged that &#8216;  due to the<br \/>\nrash and negligent.   1vNo.i{A.2O\/M.272.'&#8221;3<br \/>\ndriven by the   Astnitha (PW22) was<br \/>\ntaken. to the   &#8221; and was treated by the<br \/>\nDoctor (Pw.?e), who  certi\ufb01cate (Ex.P.3). The ASI<br \/>\n(PW .7) registered  \ufb01led by PW. 1 and sent the<br \/>\n  to the Magistrate. The statement of<br \/>\n&#8216;A\u00abwetee&lt;t_feco1t1ed and the investigation was held by<\/p>\n<p> &#039;fits  saahazar Ex. 19.2 was held in the presence of<\/p>\n<p> PWs.5  6.&quot;&#039;~v:f3.&#039;1ie.Vvehicle was examined and the report E)-:.P.5 was<\/p>\n<p> The chazrgesheet was \ufb01led against the respondent<\/p>\n<p>   &#039;offence under See\ufb01ons 229 and 337 IPC for rash and<\/p>\n<p>  V  _ Vt negiigeet driving and causing injuries to Ashritha (PW2). Suns&#039; g<\/p>\n<p> tria}, PWs.1 to 9 were examined by the prosecution and the<\/p>\n<p>Hddocuments Exs.P.1 to 13.5 were marked. The statement of the<\/p>\n<p>A<\/p>\n<p>Cr1.R.P. NO.92_4{@06\n<\/p>\n<p>-4- &#8221; to<\/p>\n<p>12 years at the time of the accident. The  (P&#8217;_\\?&#8217;.?.=?\u00a5}  <\/p>\n<p>examine\u00e9 and he has issued the injm&#8217;_g-&#8216;\u00e9eriiieate (_E\u00a7\u00a7;~.e.&#8217;i*1..3)t,&#8217;&#8211;..e&#8217;3:.e&#8217;e:~..1 J<\/p>\n<p>reveais that the injureet was seen by  tee  <\/p>\n<p>29.10.2004 at 12.45 pm. i.e., e\ufb01ee e\u00a7;}&#8217;e..e1aye&#8217; &#8220;of_the_aeei\u00e91eiii:;&#8217; &#8220;Apart&#8221; V<\/p>\n<p>from the delay in lodging gee e;;&gt;1::,t.V$}sLi1:it;..eA_the&#8217;1eA &#8216;is. e deiay in<br \/>\napproaching the Doctor for &#8216;:iV\u00a7tee.&#8217;.txeatment. If really,<br \/>\n311 accident had    the injuries<br \/>\non 27.10.2094,    to the hospital<br \/>\nafter two   eomplaint for rash and<br \/>\nBgggggem d,.g.._,mg,_A 1  to -show that the delay has been<br \/>\ntaken to e.eeeeeeege.e;.te.e[ &#8220;ee&#8217;ee{p1ainant\/ pw. 1 and it may be<br \/>\nthat the &#8216;xfeSpo;1det1t~vhasV&#8221; been taisely implicated by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>by sz)1::.i:te_.material.\n<\/p>\n<p>E3. &#8216;Ftlrtheifzzzore, even as regards the \ufb01ling of this revision<\/p>\n<p>V7__&amp;pe&#8217;.itio;J,,  the order of acquittal was on 8.9.2005, the<\/p>\n<p>.1  to be \ufb01led on 19.4.2006 and particularly, after<\/p>\n<p> of the notice dated 8.3.2006 by the accused. to the<\/p>\n<p> &#8216;   caliing upon him to pay the compensation of<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&#8221;&#8216;v.R&#8217;e;&#8217;25,ooo\/\u00ab for faise impiication in a. crime, it is after the receipt of<\/p>\n<p>this notice dated 8.3.2006 from the Iespondent, the petitioner \ufb02ied.<br \/>\n\/.\n<\/p>\n<p>Crl.R. P. NQ924 1 2006<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">-5-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>this revision petition.
