No    one   appears    on     behalf     of     the\n\n                  petitioner.\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>                             The petitioner, while invoking inherent<\/p>\n<p>                  jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of<\/p>\n<p>                  the Code of Criminal Procedure, has prayed for<\/p>\n<p>                  quashing    of    order   dated   18.2.2008       passed   by<\/p>\n<p>                  Additional District Judge, F.T.C.-2, Patna in<\/p>\n<p>                  Cr. Revision No.473 of 2007\/181 of 2007. By the<\/p>\n<p>                  said order, the learned revisional court has<\/p>\n<p>                  affirmed the order of rejection of discharge<\/p>\n<p>                  petition, which was filed under Section 245 of<\/p>\n<p>                  the   Code       of    Criminal    Procedure        by     the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             I have perused the impugned order. The<\/p>\n<p>                  present     petition      is   firstly    liable     to    be<\/p>\n<p>                  rejected on the ground that in the garb of<\/p>\n<p>                  filing a petition under Section 482 of the Code<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        of      Criminal       Procedure,       virtually,      the<\/p>\n<p>        petitioner    has      filed     second    Cr.      Revision<\/p>\n<p>        petition, which is barred under Section 397(3)<\/p>\n<p>        of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
