V _ V _\n<\/p>\n<p>2. The petitioners had___i:\u00e9fp:pro_ached\u00ab.tVhAis_\ufb01Court by<br \/>\nfifing wP.Nos.35963irW&amp; 358a4.5\u00a54&#8217;8,%2oo9 before this<\/p>\n<p>Court; &#8220;&#8221;&#8221;  were disposed of on<br \/>\n4.1.2610 as  by observing thus:-\n<\/p>\n<p>V &#8216;V   given my anxious<br \/>\n I__f&#8217;conside*ra.tior:, I am of the view that the<br \/>\n &#8216;i'[}?\u00a7i&#8221;Ugned endorsement cannot be<br \/>\n1 ti; Indeed, after the conclusion of<br \/>\n trial, it is open for the respondents<br \/>\n&#8216;~ _ &#8220;to watch the behaviour of the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>and decide whether their name should<\/p>\n<p>ya<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">-4-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>be continued as rowdy sheeter or<\/p>\n<p>requires to be deleted.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>3.
