The<\/p>\n<p>order   of   appointment   shows   that   they   were   appointed   on   a<\/p>\n<p>provisional   basis.     But   according   to   the   petitioners,   the<\/p>\n<p>appointment must be treated as regular appointment in terms of<\/p>\n<p>Rule   3   (a)   (iii)   of   the   Special   Rules   for   the   Kerala   Last   Grade<\/p>\n<p>Servants.     Petitioners   were   disengaged   on   completion   of   their<\/p>\n<p>term of appointment.     They have filed Exhibits P5, P7, P9, P11<\/p>\n<p>and   P13   representations   seeking   reinstatement   in   service   and<\/p>\n<p>regularisation.     It   is,   inter   alia,   contended   that   a   similar   claim<\/p>\n<p>has   been   accepted   by   the   Government   under   Exhibit   P4<\/p>\n<p>Government Order dated 16.11.2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     A   similar     claim   was   considered   by   this   Court   in<\/p>\n<p>Vasanthi Vs. State of Kerala  [2006 (1) KLT 288]<\/p>\n<p>       3.     I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner  and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader also.\n<\/p>\n<p>W.P ( C) No. 5126  of 2008<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      In the result, this writ petition is disposed of directing the<\/p>\n<p>1st  respondent   to   consider   Exhibits   P5,   P7,   P9,   P11   and   P13   in<\/p>\n<p>the   light   of   the   law     laid   down   by   this   Court   in  Vasanthi   Vs.<\/p>\n<p>State   of   Kerala   [2006   (1)   KLT   288),   within   a   period   of   two<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with<\/p>\n<p>a   copy   of   the   writ   petition   before   the   1st  respondent,   for<\/p>\n<p>compliance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                             (V.GIRI, JUDGE)<\/p>\n<p>ma<\/p>\n<p>W.P ( C) No. 5126  of 2008<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                                    K.THANKAPPAN,J<\/p>\n<p>                                   CRL.A.
