Though served respondent nos. 6 and 7 have<br \/>\n                    not entered appearance.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                This petition under Article 226 of the<br \/>\n                    Constitution has been filed by Bhartiya Krishi Shramik<br \/>\n                    Sangh, a registered society, through its President<br \/>\n                    Balkrishna Jha. It is the complain of the petitioner that<br \/>\n                    several persons registered under the Mahatma Gandhi<br \/>\n                    National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme from<br \/>\n                    village Loshghani, District-Lakhisarai have not been<br \/>\n                    paid the wages and that the funds allotted under the<br \/>\n                    Scheme have been misappropriated by the respondent<br \/>\n                    nos. 6 and 7.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Learned Advocate Mr. Kaushal Kumar Jha<br \/>\n                    has appeared for the respondent state. He has filed<br \/>\n                    counter affidavit made by Sri Mukesh Kumar &#8216;Mukul&#8217;,<br \/>\n                    Block Programme Officer, Surajgarha. The deponent has<br \/>\n                    placed on record a list of the names of the persons<br \/>\n                    registered under the Scheme and the amount paid to<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          them. It is stated that in Loshghani some 1646 families<br \/>\n          have been registered under the scheme and they have<br \/>\n          been paid wages as disclosed in the statements annexed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      Nevertheless, learned Advocate Mr. Indu<br \/>\n          Bhushan Prasad appearing for the petitioner is not<br \/>\n          satisfied. He has submitted that the persons named at<br \/>\n          page 11 of the petition do hold job card under the<br \/>\n          Scheme, nevertheless they have not been paid the wages.<br \/>\n          He has submitted that he shall file affidavit of each such<br \/>\n          person to make statement on oath that each such person<br \/>\n          is the resident of Village-Loshghani and that he holds the<br \/>\n          job card under the Scheme and that he has not been paid<br \/>\n          the wages assured.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      At the request of the learned Advocate Mr.<br \/>\n          Indu Bhushan Prasad, stand over to 21st December 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               (R.M.
