As scheduled, the matter is heard today dated\n10.3.2010. Appellant not present. CLTA is represented by Advocate\nSaurabh Soni and Shri Gajender Singh, Chief Operative Officer. It is to be\nnoted that the appellant Shri Walia has filed an affidavit dated 8.2.2010\nbefore the Commission in which he has essentially raised the following\ntwo issues :-\n(i)    that the CLTA is receiving cash grants from Chandigarh\n       Administration; &amp;\n(ii)   that the Chandigarh Administration has spent crores of rupees in the\n       maintenance\/upgradation of the Stadium and construction of hostel\n       etc.\n\n2.     Advocate Soni requests for the copy of the affidavit for perusal\nwhich is provided to him. After perusal, Advocate Soni would submit that\nthe appellant has made a\/bald statement to the effect that CLTA is\nreceiving grants from Chandigarh Administration, without furnishing any\nproof in support thereof. He, however, seeks adjournment to file rejoinder\nin the matter.\n\n4.
