P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Allegedly, a mini gun factory was unearthed from a hut and<\/p>\n<p>                    the petitioner was not arrested from the said hut rather he was caught<\/p>\n<p>                    by the police while he was trying to flee from there. The report of the<\/p>\n<p>                    Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad reveals that the petitioner does<\/p>\n<p>                    not have any criminal antecedent and he is languishing in jail custody<\/p>\n<p>                    since 6.10.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances<\/p>\n<p>                    as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Sanjay Mistry,<\/p>\n<p>                    be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief<\/p>\n<p>                    Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Ghoshi P.S.
