Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. \n\n\n\tFor petitioner        :  No appearance\n\n\tFor respondent     : Mr.S.Sivashanmugam\n\t\t               Government Advocate.\n\n-----\n\n\n  O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tWhen the matter was called on 16.2.2009, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
