No.41283 of 2010\n                               MITHILESH CHOUBEY\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   14.3.2011             Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                           Under the very fact that the victim is said to have been<\/p>\n<p>                 recovered from the house of the petitioner, the contention is that the<\/p>\n<p>                 victim was a cheat who used to defraud persons by collecting<\/p>\n<p>                 different sums under the promise of getting a cell phone tower<\/p>\n<p>                 installed at one&#8217;s land. It is contended that the petitioner had<\/p>\n<p>                 detained the victim only with a view to realize the same.<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering the above submission, let petitioner Mithilesh<\/p>\n<p>                 Choubey be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                 Rs.10000\/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                 the satisfaction of C.J.M. Munger in Kharagpur P.S.
