The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s complaint is that although the same was filed as early as<\/p>\n<p>on 28.7.2009, no action is forthcoming on the same.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
