2.     14.9.2010              Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n
                               The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n
                   offence under Section 324 and 307\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n
                                 Considering that the petitioner stabbed the injured on<\/p>\n
                   the stomach and it is a clear case u\/s.307 I.P.C., I am not inclined<\/p>\n
                   to grant bail to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n
                                 The prayer for bail is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
