herein, they preferred to remain ex parte. The trial: by<\/p>\n
holding an enquiry into the matter, aliowed the   ‘<\/p>\n
and d1ree’ ted the tenants to vacate ‘.the   <\/p>\n

The revision petition is opposed by the landlady through<\/p>\n

\npefition were duly served   the tna’ 1 Court.<\/p>\n

\nnumbef\ufb01of   the evitlenoe. Therea\ufb01er, the<\/p>\n

~   dated 17.11.2009 vide EXP-7 issued by the landlady to<\/p>\n
” ‘Vibe petitiener and respondent No.2 contending that the<\/p>\n
monthly rent is only Rs.24()\/- and not Re.713\/- as stated in<\/p>\n

the evieticsn petition. 011 the said basis, it is contended by the<\/p>\n
tenants that the landlady has come up with the false veieiens.<\/p>\n
The said statement cannot be accepted, inasmuch 43?-.3 is<\/p>\n
dated 17.11.2000, Whereas, the eviction peueenieg {see {\ufb01e <\/p>\n
year 2005. Therefexe, naturally thefe”wqu1;i  31.71 V’<\/p>\n
the rents within the span of \ufb01ve    <\/p>\n
the landlady just prior to the  of the “‘petition.”‘ V<\/p>\n

  filed by the power of attorney holder of the landlady, in<\/p>\n

   xzziiercin the presumption shall be raised in favour of the<\/p>\n

  ._4 .}1and1ady fully supports her case made out in the eviction<\/p>\n
petition. The said presumption is. not rebutteaci by the tenant<\/p>\n

have any other reasonably suitable altemative <\/p>\n
to start the Wholesale business in textiles.   <\/p>\n

before the Court below, Thus, the   j\ufb02s\ufb01\ufb01sti <\/p>\n
ordsiing eviction under  “(i2)(r) of tIis\u00e9”;’\u00a7%:t_ <\/p>\n

   has submitteci that the property in question is sub~<\/p>\n
   in favour of M\/s.Ronak Fabs. If at all the said facts are<\/p>\n
 untrue, the tenant would have come forward to contest the<\/p>\n
miatter. In view of the same, the order of eviction passed by the<\/p>\n
