SAHAI)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1.\t\tRespondent<br \/>\nNo.2 is directed to file additional affidavit-in-reply giving the<br \/>\ncorrect position as to whether any award has been made after<br \/>\ncancellation of the earlier award and if yes, how much amount has<br \/>\nbeen deposited in the High Court and produce the receipt along with<br \/>\nit.  Respondent No.2 may show cause as to why the amount due to the<br \/>\npetitioner may not be released to the petitioner and whether the land<br \/>\nof the petitioner has been acquired and if acquired why he should not<br \/>\nbe paid compensation, by which Notification and declaration issued<br \/>\nunder section 6 and the date of taking possession of the land of the<br \/>\npetitioner shall also be filed. If the State has taken possession of<br \/>\nthe land of the petitioner, why no further compensation was awarded<br \/>\nto the petitioner shall also be explained.  The affidavit-in-reply<br \/>\nshall be filed within two weeks.
