This civil application is filed<br \/>\nfor condoning the delay of 70 days caused in preferring Letters<br \/>\nPatent Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe reasons advanced by learned AGP for the applicant and the points<br \/>\nstated in the application, present application deserves to be<br \/>\nallowed. Accordingly this application is allowed. The delay caused in<br \/>\npreferring Letters Patent Appeal is condoned.
