Information sought                               PIO&#8217;s reply\n<\/p>\n<p>1. A Certificate should be given to Mr. Children Education allowance for 2008-09 had not<br \/>\n     Rajendra Yadav if he has received been made. No payment certificate had been sent<br \/>\n     children education allowance. If he to Principal, GBSS Sector-3, R.K.Puram on<br \/>\n     has not received then no payment 24.08.09. However you can obtain a copy of the<br \/>\n     certificate be issued.                 same by payment of Rs.2\/-.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. Kindly provide GPF Statement of Mr. GPF statement for the year 2007-08 and 2008-09<br \/>\n     Rahendra Yadav for the year 2007-08 has not been issued by Accounts Officer no.-II,<br \/>\n     and 2008-09. GPF A\/C no. R.K.Puram.\n<\/p>\n<p>     SCH\/44542.\n<\/p>\n<p>3. Please send my ACR folder from 1979 No letter from Mr. Rajendra Yadav and his<br \/>\n     to 2009 to R.K.Puram, Sector-3, Principal is received in the regard. As soon as we<br \/>\n     School.                                receive the letter we shall send the folder.\n<\/p>\n<p>4. Photocopy of any direction the In respect of question one Mr. Rajendera came to<br \/>\n     Directorate of Education has issued in office and subsequently the certificate was sent to<br \/>\n     respect of my above three points.      Principal\/vice principal. He never came in respect<br \/>\n                                            of question no. 2 &amp; 3.\n<\/p>\n<p>5. Call details of phone number Bill are of 6 pages and call records 45, hence you<br \/>\n     25319800 and bills copy for last six may obtain the information by depositing Rs.2\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>     months.                                per page.\n<\/p>\n<p>6. The perusal of<br \/>\nthe information provided by the PIO(SW-B) reveals that it is satisfactory.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>     Wrong and unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. Rajendra Yadav;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. J.B.Singh, Public Information Officer &amp; Dy. Director (Edu.);\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO has given certain information but is now directed to give following information:<br \/>\n   1-      Query-3: The PIO has replied that the principal had not received any letter from the<br \/>\n           appellant. The Appellant has produced evidence of delivering three letters to the<br \/>\n           School.
