Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :07\/11\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.GIRI,J.\n                       -------------------------\n                 W.P ( C) No. 30678          of 2007\n                      --------------------------\n              Dated this the 7th November, 2007\n\n                         J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner, who retired from the services of the K.S.E.B. on<\/p>\n<p>31.1.2005 seeks retrospective date of effect for the        second<\/p>\n<p>higher grade and also for sanctioning of the third higher grade.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioners claim in this regard contained in Exhibit-P5 was filed<\/p>\n<p>on 20.11.2003.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Learned Standing Counsel for the Board submits that<\/p>\n<p>the claim is belated. Therefore it should not be entertained by<\/p>\n<p>this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>      After hearing both sides, this writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>directing the 1st respondent to take a decision on Exhibit-P5,<\/p>\n<p>after hearing the petitioner, within a period of two months from<\/p>\n<p>the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
