SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 15\/03\/2010 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tLeave<br \/>\nto join  District Inspector of Land Records, Office of DILR, Survey<br \/>\nBhuvan, Opp. State Bank, Lal Darwaja, Ahmedabad  as party<br \/>\nrespondent No.8.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tBy<br \/>\norder dated 17\/09\/2009, the office of the DILR was directed to take<br \/>\nmeasurement of area of Plot No.10\/1 situated at Vinzol, GIDC, Vatva<br \/>\nand the aforesaid exercise was to be completed by the office of DILR<br \/>\nwithin a period of four weeks upon the payment of necessary charges<br \/>\nincluding the urgent fees, if required, to be paid by the applicant<br \/>\nand the sketch was directed to be placed on record. It is reported<br \/>\nthat though measurement was done by DILR, report along with sketch is<br \/>\nnot submitted by the office of DILR to the office of Official<br \/>\nLiquidator till date.
