 "The defendant No.1 filed a suit for injunction in<\/p>\n
  \u00a3\\io.124\/89 on the fiie of the City Civii Court, Bangaiore<\/p>\n

and it was hotly contested. Feeling aggrieved by___the<\/p>\n
Judgment in o.s. No.124\/89, RFA No.1133\/2002 wasgfliiigea<\/p>\n

defendants 1 to 4 iirorn-haiiezngating  suit…schedule property<\/p>\n
which reiate\u00bbs”t”o  ii”n”‘S\\;\/.No.17\/1. The said 4
\nguntas of land”  of land sold to the
\nfirst deferid\ufb01nt  further states that he filed
\nandVa’ppiic’a.t’io..n~:fQr_apApoiVntri9ient of receiver and the matter is<\/p>\n
still’~pendErigf’:~\u00ab.;b’efore~ this Court in MFA .No.7038\/2005.<\/p>\n

 has disobeyed the injunction order and<\/p>\n

\ndefendant was forced to  furtherance of
\ncommitment made  the time

\nultimately thilsdefendant’vy:i’t.h””g.ood faith sold the property
\ntoavoid iitigation.   was committed long prior to fiting<\/p>\n
of”theLapipliciaftiorfby the plaintiffs under Order-39 Rutes 1<\/p>\n
‘;\u00bb,_and  defendant states that he is a law<\/p>\n

and  defendant with good faith sold the<\/p>\n

\n decided are entirely different.\n<\/p>\n

bf doubt that the defendant had willfully<\/p>\n

eventhough he was fully awaregof thelifinjui’iivc’ti..ovn_Horder, <\/p>\n
inspite of it he sold the    clearly
\ndemonstrates that he has”–cllealrlyff.disobielyed the order of
\ninjunction. The ord_e’r.__pass’ed’    is legal and<\/p>\n
valid.\n<\/p>\n

has’  the basis of evidence led by the<\/p>\n
