SARFARAJ\n                                   Versus\n                           THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   11.03.2011                 The    petitioner   being   the    husband    is<\/p>\n<p>                   apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   304B\/34 of the I.P.C.      and Section 3\/4      of the Dowry<\/p>\n<p>                   Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 There is accusation of demand of dowry of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs.5,000\/- and for non-fulfillment of the demand torture was<\/p>\n<p>                   inflicted.   The death taken place within three years of<\/p>\n<p>                   marriage and there is accusation of administering poison.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Let the learned Court-below consider the<\/p>\n<p>                   regular bail of the petitioner Md. Sarfaraj preferably on the<\/p>\n<p>                   same day, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court-below<\/p>\n<p>                   i.e. C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpaity P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>                   No.168 of 2008 in view of the fact that it appears<\/p>\n<p>                   unreasonable that for the sake of Rs. 5,000\/- the victim was<\/p>\n<p>                   done to death and the other co-accused have been granted<\/p>\n<p>                   anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 With the aforesaid observation, this application<\/p>\n<p>                   is disposed off.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                ( Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.)<br \/>\n          Mkr.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Md.
