6. I have heard the arguments made  the<\/p>\n
parties.\n<\/p>\n
7. As it is submitted by the fi’:c_ .<\/p>\n
in question is not a tenantcd    <\/p>\n
in favour of the respondsnt is  i’\u00a3>r\u00ab ihc  that<\/p>\n
the petitioner himself at.  _of his deposition<\/p>\n
has dcpossd  Eng: Paijafri was ct\ufb02tivatiilg the land on<\/p>\n
VARA amiss miss  was paying the rent in kind.<\/p>\n
This   show that there a tenant and<\/p>\n
  existed between the petitioner and<\/p>\n
  V  further contention that the impugned<\/p>\n
