Punjab,<br \/>\n             for respondent Nos.1 and 2.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nSATISH KUMAR MITTAL, J (ORAL)<\/p>\n<p>             The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Articles<\/p>\n<p>226\/227 of the Constitution of India for quashing impugned order<\/p>\n<p>dated 15.06.2009 (Annexure P-2), whereby he has been transferred<\/p>\n<p>from Municipal Council, Samana to Municipal Council, Longowal.<\/p>\n<p>             Counsel for respondent Nos.1 &amp; 2 has filed short reply by<\/p>\n<p>way of affidavit, in which it is stated that vide order dated 13.8.2009<\/p>\n<p>(Annexure R-1), the aforesaid transfer order has been cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>             In view of this fact, this petition has become infructuous.<\/p>\n<p>             Dismissed as infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p>21st August, 2009.
