Pravina Kumari,<\/p>\n<p>                   learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2<\/p>\n<p>                   &amp; 3\/Bhagalpur Municipal Corporation, Bhagalpur.<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioner, who retired as class IV<\/p>\n<p>                   employee     (Sweeper)     from     Bhagalpur      Municipal<\/p>\n<p>                   Corporation has prayed for directing the respondents to<\/p>\n<p>                   pay retiral dues to the tune of Rs. 14,172\/- under different<\/p>\n<p>                   heads, arrears of gratuity as per the Finance Department<\/p>\n<p>                   Resolution dated 05.05.1998 and all the retiral dues as per<\/p>\n<p>                   fifth pay revision w.e.f. 01.01.1996 with penal interest.<\/p>\n<p>                               Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Swapnil<\/p>\n<p>                   Kumar Singh submits that for the relief sought for in the<\/p>\n<p>                   present writ petition the petitioner has filed representation<\/p>\n<p>                   before the competent authority, and as such, the writ<\/p>\n<p>                   petition may be disposed of directing the Respondents to<\/p>\n<p>                   take decision on the representation of the petitioner.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                      In view of stand taken by learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>         the petitioner, there is no need to keep the matter pending.<\/p>\n<p>         The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the<\/p>\n<p>         petitioner to file a fresh detailed representation before<\/p>\n<p>         Respondent No. 2\/Municipal Commissioner, Bhagalpur<\/p>\n<p>         Municipal Corporation, Bhagalpur for the reliefs claimed in<\/p>\n<p>         the present writ petition within a period of six weeks from<\/p>\n<p>         today. If such representation is filed, Respondent No. 2 is<\/p>\n<p>         required to examine the same and pass appropriate order in<\/p>\n<p>         accordance with law within a period of three months from<\/p>\n<p>         the date of filing of such representation. If Respondent No.<\/p>\n<p>         2 considers the claim of the petitioner as genuine he is<\/p>\n<p>         required to pass order for clearing the dues within three<\/p>\n<p>         months from the date of filing of such representation.
