No.2661 of 2011\n                   SHYAM KISHORE PRASAD, SON OF BABU PRASAD MAHTO\n                                              Versus\n                                   THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02    10.03.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                       learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by<\/p>\n<p>                       learned counsel for the complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     It is apparent from the record that earlier petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                       was granted privilege of anticipatory bail with certain conditions<\/p>\n<p>                       but it appears that he violated the conditions of this Court.
