Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :03\/06\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) NO.10339 OF 2010 (N)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 3rd day of June, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Prayer sought in this writ petition is to direct the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent to extend the benefit of Ext.P6 Government Order to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners and others, who are eligible for the benefit therein.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   On instructions standing counsel for the respondent<\/p>\n<p>informed that the PSC has already initiated steps for implementing<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6 and issued circular dated 26.3.200 containing guidelines for<\/p>\n<p>the implementation of Ext.P6 Government Order. It is stated that<\/p>\n<p>consequential action is being taken on that basis.
