APP (DB) No.6 of 2008\n                                  ARJUN HEMBRAM\n                                      Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>5.   24.01.2011.           I.A.No.103 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                               This appellant along with others have been convicted for<\/p>\n<p>                   offence under Sections 302 and other Sections of the IPC as well as 27 of<\/p>\n<p>                   the Arms Act. Three persons were killed in the incident for which the<\/p>\n<p>                   appellant has faced trial. The counsel for the appellant submits that the<\/p>\n<p>                   appellant is in custody since 21.8.2003 and out of three persons who were<\/p>\n<p>                   identified, by witnesses participating in commission of offence, of them<\/p>\n<p>                   Budhan Hembram has been granted bail. His case stands on similar footing<\/p>\n<p>                   as that of appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering the period of custody of his appellant, the prayer<\/p>\n<p>                   for bail of the appellant is allowed.
