SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 17\/07\/2008 \n\n \n\n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tAt<br \/>\nthe outset, Mr.Nehal Joshi, learned Advocate appearing for the<br \/>\nappellant does not press present Appeal from Order. However, he has<br \/>\nrequested that suitable direction be issued directing the learned<br \/>\ntrial Court to expedite hearing of the suit.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tAt<br \/>\nthis stage, Mr.Joshi, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the<br \/>\napplicant has submitted that the observations made by the learned<br \/>\ntrial Court in the impugned order may come in the way of the<br \/>\npetitioner appellant. Such an apprehension is not well founded. Still<br \/>\nit is observed that whatever observations made in the impugned order<br \/>\nbe treated as at interlocutory stage and same can never come in the<br \/>\nway of the parties at the time of deciding the suit. In the facts and<br \/>\ncircumstances of the case, learned trial Court is directed to decide<br \/>\nand dispose of the Suit as early as possible preferably on or before<br \/>\n31st March, 2010. Parties to complete the pleadings within<br \/>\na period of three months from today. All the concerned are directed<br \/>\nto cooperate the learned trial Court in early disposal of the suit.<br \/>\nWith these, Appeal from Order is disposed of.
