Learned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr.Trivedi submitted that his client will be able to come to<br \/>\nIndia any time after 12th November 2010.  He requested<br \/>\nthat if a direction could be issued to the Official Liquidator to see<br \/>\nthat the sale deed is executed on or before 22nd November<br \/>\n2010, that will serve the ends of justice.  The Official Liquidator<br \/>\nis permitted to execute sale deed as per the draft conveyance deed,<br \/>\nat Annexure &#8216;C&#8217; to this Report.
