He also attached a copy of<br \/>\nmutation 1984-85 village tuglakabad, New Delhi.<br \/>\n Sl.              Information Sought                        PIO&#8217;s Reply\n<\/p>\n<p>1.     Furnish copy of Original Mutation Appellant can inspect file on any<br \/>\n       (Urdu) in the year 1984-85 and give time working day at Tehsil Mehrouli,<br \/>\n       for inspection of the same file.         New Delhi.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     The attached copy of mutation 1984-85 Since Patwari do not understand<br \/>\n       is a copy of original mutation or not?   Urdu hence after translation of the<br \/>\n                                                same in hindi will be sent to you.\n<\/p>\n<p>Since the appellant did not satisfied with the replies of PIO, he filed first appeal.<br \/>\nThe First Appellate Authority ordered:<br \/>\nNot mentioned.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. Sandeep Saini<br \/>\nRespondent : Mr. S.K. Singh PIO<br \/>\nThe respondent claims that he has sent additional information on 1\/9\/2008 which the<br \/>\nappellant states has not been received by him.
