Takshashila<br \/>\nApartment Private Limited is the Transferor Company which proposes to<br \/>\nenter into an arrangement in the nature of amalgamation with<br \/>\nTakshashila Townships Private Limited.\n<\/p>\n<p>(ii)\tit<br \/>\nhas been pointed out that all the equity shareholders as well as the<br \/>\nunsecured creditors of the applicant company have given their consent<br \/>\nin writing approving the Scheme of Amalgamation. The said consents<br \/>\nare annexed as Annexure D and Annexure E respectively to the<br \/>\napplication. It has been pointed out that there are no secured<br \/>\ncreditors of the company as on date.
