The specific<br \/>\ngrounds are:-\n<\/p>\n<p>1. In regard to query 1 the APIO failed to provide police verification.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. The APIO failed to provide 2nd suspension chargesheet along with supporting documents regarding<br \/>\nquery no. 7.\n<\/p>\n<p>3. The APIO has failed to provide copy of medical examination report regarding query no. 9.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p> The APIO has made reply duly on time and the FAA authority states that the complete information<br \/>\nhas been provided to the appellant by APIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p> The appellant is not satisfied with the information provided by the APIO and the order of FAA and<br \/>\nhence second appeal is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. Monouwar Hussain;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Mr. Lakhan Lal, Deemed PIO &amp; Principal;\n<\/p>\n<p>       Most of the information has been provided to the Appellant. The marksheet of Mr. Ranjan<br \/>\nSharma has not been provided since it was not available with the School. During the discussions it<br \/>\nappears that the marksheet of Mr. Ranjan Sharma will be available with the Directorate of Education<br \/>\n(South) Mr. Anil Kumar Yadav, Grade-II, Office of DDE(South), Defence Colony, New Delhi.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The Commission directs Mr. Anil Kumar Yadav to provide the attested<br \/>\nphotocopy of the marksheet of Mr. Ranjan Sharma to the Appellant before 20 August<br \/>\n2011.
