Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :16\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                       V.GIRI, J.\n        -------------------------\n          W.P.(C).No.35681 of 2003 W\n        -------------------------\n          Dated this the 16th day of July, 2008.\n\n\n                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Essentially, the relief sought for in<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition relates to the request made by<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner vide Exts.P4 and P5, apparently<\/p>\n<p>seeking exemption from further deputation. The<\/p>\n<p>writ petition has been pending before this court<\/p>\n<p>for the last 5 years.
