(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>             The petitioner is claiming a plot under the rehabilitation policy,<\/p>\n<p>framed by the State of Haryana, for those whose land was acquired for any<\/p>\n<p>development scheme. Under orders passed by a Division Bench of this<\/p>\n<p>Court in CWP No.15433 of 2006, to settle such like disputes, Oustees<\/p>\n<p>Adalat was constituted.     Apex Appellate Body was also created.          The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner may agitate his claim before the above said authority.
