\nhindrance   She died leaving
\nbehind?’ daughters inciuding the
\npetitionelrtjl . The bearing No.2\/89 was in<\/p>\n
existence duVriing_V’Aipril’v’1995. In the meantime, the sons<\/p>\n
. the:’&da’ug_hters’Wof Siddamrna Shedthy exciuding the<\/p>\n
at”–p’etiitioiiei*,J iii’eg*aliy without the permission of the<\/p>\n
paintcyhayvatand without obtaining the licence as required<\/p>\n

it   house bearing No.2\/89. Being aggrieved by the<\/p>\n
    illegai act, the petitioner approached the Principal Civil<\/p>\n
 Judge (Jr. Dn.), Kundapura, by filing O.S. No.655\/1992<\/p>\n
