Justice K.HEMA\n\n Dated :19\/12\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                          K.HEMA, J.\n\n              -----------------------------------------\n                    B.A.No. 7432 of 2008\n              -----------------------------------------\n\n           Dated this the 19th December, 2008\n\n                           O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     This petition is for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. The alleged offence is under Section 377 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>Penal Code. According to prosecution, petitioner subjected<\/p>\n<p>the daughter of de facto complainant, aged 10 years, to sexual<\/p>\n<p>assault on 6.10.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3. Petitioner surrendered before the court below on<\/p>\n<p>14.11.2008. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that he has<\/p>\n<p>no objection in granting bail to petitioner, but stringent<\/p>\n<p>condition may be imposed.\n<\/p>\n<p>     4. On hearing both sides, I am satisfied that bail can be<\/p>\n<p>granted to petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Hence, bail is granted to petitioner on the following<\/p>\n<p>terms and conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>     i)    Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000\/-<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           with two solvent sureties each for the like sum<\/p>\n<p>           to the satisfaction of the         Magistrate Court<\/p>\n<p>           concerned.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span class=\"hidden_text\">  BA.7432\/08                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>     ii)    Petitioner shall report before the investigating<\/p>\n<p>            officer on every Monday, Wednesday and<\/p>\n<p>            Saturday between 10 AM and 1 PM until<\/p>\n<p>            further orders.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>     iii).
