 notifi\u00abcati’on da’te_d::4.’1:.1960 declaring and notifying the<\/p>\n
 ivjiilagesj situated in different districts of the State as having<\/p>\n
“‘ves.te’d””in”.”_~t_he,.”\u00e9overnment under the provisions of the<\/p>\n
-V Inarri ‘Abolition Act. In terms of the said notification, Jodi<\/p>\n
Ax””f.,Fawi<eera'na Hosahalli Village of Jangamakote Hobli in<\/p>\n
 Sidllaghatta Taluk, Kolar District, is one such village which<\/p>\n
5\/<\/p>\n
av<\/p>\n
11<\/span><\/p>\n
has been declared as Inam Village and the provisions of<\/p>\n
the Mysore (Religious and Charitable) Inam Abo|ition_,:’_Ar;t,<\/p>\n
1955, being applicable. The said vitlage is <\/p>\n
Inam Village by the Government  from”\n<\/p>\n
1.2.1960.\n<\/p>\n
7. Respondents NoV._3\u00ab.._V tolls-.156 V fi_.|_eVd  an <\/p>\n
application before the 315′ respon-d:en.t_  reg-V-Egrant of
\nthe subject land. 13′ Vrieisipoynde\ufb01t an order re-
\ngranting the subject |ap.d~~:h jfavVotrr_’ot”re,s’p,ondents 3 to 10.
\nThe appiicati_o\u00a7na  filed in Form

\nrespon’d’en”t.’.as  claim seeking re-grant. The<\/p>\n
15′ re_spond”ent” has inotliced that, the land was given to<\/p>\n
“V”~._,Syeod:\u00b0~B;al\u00a7arsha  then Maharaja of Mysore and that<\/p>\n
“i’es’po:nde.nt’s. No.3 to 10 are the family members of<\/p>\n
 Ba\u00a7<.a'rsnh.a. The land being situated in a inam Village<\/p>\n
'*._and theientire village having been declared as Inam Village<\/p>\n
"'l:"_a\u00abn_d""vested in the State in terms of the relevant Provisions<\/p>\n
 Aftt, the land can only be re-granted to the persons<\/p>\n
\\e<\/p>\n
\/:\n<\/p>\n

entitled to seek re-grant in terms of the provisions of the<\/p>\n
Act and not to others. In the said view of the ma.tte:,:’i~1_5t<\/p>\n
respondent re-granted the lands in favour of<\/p>\n
No.3 to 10, which when put in challenge, was  ‘* if<\/p>\n
appeal by the Appellate Tribunal and foe-ned no: Vi:r…__ths–:_l\u00ab<\/p>\n

 an Inam Land. Appellants being not the persons<\/p>\n
.’  claeiemieng under the Inamdar, their claim could not have<\/p>\n

been considered by the 15″ respondent. The finding of fact
\nrecorded by the original authority has been, after<\/p>\n
reconsideration affirmed by the appellate Tribunal. .Sl,nce<\/p>\n
there is no illegality or perversity, the learned <\/p>\n
has rightly declined to interfere in the writ  in<\/p>\n

learned counsel that, certain_ other persons73lha’ve been<\/p>\n
granted the lands and hence a’pp,ell’:ants areas:-.=\u00a7o entitled to

\nSingle Judge, in as much  some error or<\/p>\n
mista3<:e,'lf  pension h_as"'been granted land in the
\nsaid vi|l'ag:e\u00ab, whiach"':_*w_as..V_:ln0t,,..liable for being granted, the<\/p>\n
mistake do'esa'wil,lV',-.no't_ confer any right on appellants to<\/p>\n
sir-nilar trelatriienyt. Article.14 of Constitution has no<\/p>\n

  Since the contentions urged for consideration<\/p>\n
 'us have already been considered in detail by the<\/p>\n
 "learned Single Judge and held to be untenable, even after<\/p>\n
 "re–consideration, we do not find any ground to record any<\/p>\n
