Application No.463 of 2006 from the<br \/>\ndate of the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tIt<br \/>\nis submitted by Mr.Chudasama, learned Advocate appearing for the<br \/>\npetitioner herein that learned J.M.F.C. Court after considering<br \/>\nsource of income of the petitioner and other relevant factors, partly<br \/>\nallowed the application in the year 2008 and directed the petitioner<br \/>\nto pay Rs.300\/- towards maintenance of minor child and Rs.800\/-<br \/>\ntowards maintenance of wife.  It is pertinent to note that Hindu<br \/>\nMarriage Petition is filed by the petitioner for obtaining decree of<br \/>\ndivorce in the year 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nFamily Court after considering rate of minimum wages and to meet with<br \/>\nexpenses of minor child and wife, passed impugned order. In opinion<br \/>\nof this Court, impugned order dated 10.05.2010 passed by the learned<br \/>\nFamily Court is not required to be interfered as no jurisdictional<br \/>\nerror is committed.
