RAMKUMAR, J.\n                        ======================\n                          B.A. No.6171 of 2010\n                        ======================\n                            Dated: 12.10.2010\n\n                                  ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 and 4 in Crime No.511\/2010<\/p>\n<p>of     Varappuzha     Police  Station  for  offences   punishable   under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 341,323,324 and 326 read with 34 I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.     The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this nature.<\/p>\n<p>But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioners to surrender<\/p>\n<p>before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of interrogation and then<\/p>\n<p>to have their application for bail considered by the Magistrate having<\/p>\n<p>jurisdiction.  Accordingly, the petitioners shall surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>investigating officer on 22.10.2010 or on 23.10.2010 for the purpose<\/p>\n<p>of interrogation and recovery of incriminating material,     if any.
